Rockbridge Regional Jail is the appropriate local contact for a current county, Lexington, or Buena Vista custody question and for a targeted adult intake record request. It is commission-governed, rather than operated by the sheriff. Virginia FOIA permits actual-cost charges and an advance estimate, but no verified Regional Jail booking-photo fee is published.
